1 General Terms & Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the dbbet platform ("Platform", "Website" or "Site") and all its services. These Terms form a legal agreement between dbbet and the user.

2.2 Account Security

3 Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

dbbet offers members various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which should be read carefully before activating the offer.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳42,000 → ৳20,000 bonus (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each member may receive the welcome bonus one time only.
• dbbet reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is suspicion of bonus abuse or fraud.
• If a bonus is active, its requirements must be met before another bonus can be activated.
• Bonuses must be used within the timeframe stated in the relevant offer description.

6 Betting & Game Rules

The dbbet platform offers cricket betting, football, slots, live casino, lottery, and various other types of games. Each game has its own rules.

6.1 Sports Betting

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, dbbet follows a policy of refunding the relevant bet amount.
• dbbet reserves the right to cancel any bet that was accepted due to a technical error.

6.2 Casino Games

• All casino games are operated by third-party game software providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and others.
• Game outcomes are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a technical error occurs during a game, the result of that round will be considered void.

6.3 System Errors

dbbet is not responsible for lost bets due to server errors, internet disconnection, or any other technical issue. However, in such situations, the support team will provide every possible assistance if contacted.

7 VIP Program & Rewards

dbbet's VIP program has four tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Members can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active participation. VIP tier cashback is automatically credited to the account on a set day each week.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dbbet platform, and if any of them are identified, the account will be closed immediately:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Using a false or fake identity.
• Bonus abuse — using multiple accounts or identities to receive the same bonus.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Software hacking or use of unauthorised automation tools.
• Attempting to artificially influence game outcomes.
• Harassing or attempting to harm other members.
• Conducting transactions using a third-party payment account.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

dbbet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

9.1 Account Closure by dbbet

• Any breach of these Terms.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• Suspicious financial activity.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure by the Member

If a member wishes to close their account voluntarily, they may contact the support team. Any available balance will be arranged for withdrawal before the account is closed, though active bonus conditions will be taken into consideration.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

dbbet takes the privacy of your personal information very seriously. The information you provide is used only for delivering services, verifying identity, and meeting legal obligations.
